Responsibilities

As an Outside Sales Representative at ARS, you’ll connect customers with essential home comfort solutions, including heating, cooling, air quality upgrades, and full system replacements. You’ll have access to warm leads (no cold-calling required) and a dedicated installation team that provides fast, next-day service.

What You Can Expect:

  • Uncapped Earnings Potential: Earn $100k to $200k+ per year through a commission-based structure.

  • No Cold Calling: ARS provides warm sales leads, so you can focus on closing deals and building relationships.

  • Weekly Settlements: After training, you’ll earn a draw or commission with weekly payouts.

Qualifications

  • Sales Experience: Proven track record in residential sales or a similar customer-facing role.

  • HVAC Experience: Specific experience may be required in some locations.
