Job Description:

We’re hiring a Residential HVAC Service Technician to join our team of skilled professionals. In this role, you’ll:

  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair residential HVAC systems

  • Perform preventative maintenance and system tune-ups

  • Clearly communicate system issues and solutions to homeowners

  • Present and sell system upgrades and accessories to improve comfort and performance

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure job quality meets company standards

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of hands-on residential HVAC service experience

  • EPA Certification (Type I or II or Universal)

  • Strong diagnostic and customer communication skills

  • Comfortable working in attics, crawl spaces, and with heavy equipment

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

  • Must pass background check and drug screen
